Now that life's returning to normal— I have an offer. [Pause] It's not— I can't do much [As Oliver Queen] for property damage and quarantine aftermath, but I've recently... been inspired to look for other employment. [Oliver you are basically about to be fired just own up to it.]

[Oooh, and he'll smile at that. It was interesting to hear, and he specifically deactivated his translator just to actually hear it. Of course, reactivating it again so he can understand everything else. Hisoka doesn't actually speak any languages of this world. So he relies heavily on that translating software to interact with anyone here.]
