I have a quick question, which I suppose I could have just looked up in the yellow pages [ ssshhh, he comes from the Seventies, when yellow pagers were still a thing ] but I was hoping for some more personal recommendations.

Now that things have calmed down a bit I am hoping to start spending time at a gym. [ He'd actually been wanting to ask this question for awhile now but ... Russians. ] Preferably one with a pool.

I live in Nonah, work in De Chima, so either area would be good, if anyone knows of something. I would be most appreciative.

Oh! Ah, one more item. Does anyone know of a good general medical practitioner? Or do most of us utilize the local medical professionals?

You might want to consider a native medical professional. ImPorts aren't particularly wonderful at staying in place. If you have insurance, I could refer you to my doctor in De Chima.

He's a neurologist, specializing in disorders of the nervous system, so I rather imagine so.

That would be precisely the sort of specialist I'd need to consult. [ He agreed. ]

If you wouldn't mind sending me his name or the name of his practice I would be quite grateful. I've left getting in to see a physician for quite a bit longer than I probably should have.

His name is Dr. Brien Gordon. You can ask after him at the local Neurology Center. Or if you'd rather, I do have his work number.

[ There was a small pause and perhaps Hermann could hear the sound of a pencil moving over paper as Charles noted down the name and the center. ]

If you wouldn't mind? I'll probably check in on this Neurology Center but if for some reason I have trouble with that a direct number would be good.

[ Okay, technically that was probably a rude question but hey ... doctor shopping .. you ask questions right? ]

[And that is a mite invasive, but he's seen Charles and vice-versa, and while the specifics around his condition are relatively secret, no one misses the fact he walks with a cane]

He's my primary physician.

[ That cane is part of the reason why Charles is very pleased to have gotten this recommendation from Hermann. He wasn't overly interested in making too much of an issue of his own condition but having a general practitioner who was also a specialist in these sorts of areas was the best possible course of action.
