The details, or the sisters in general? The first isn't easy to guess, not without knowing more about the second.

I do truly believe that Lachesis not only used the Porter here to synchronize our rescue, but also to accommodate her escape. It wasn't simply changed by her touch, but she came to abide in it, taking a dormant vessel and breathing her own life into it.

We haven't heard from her because she, too, is a refugee. She will be safely quiet until her powerbase is properly established. After that, who can say what she'll do? She's never been one to care for predictability, beyond certain patterns seen in the comings and goings. Patterns which are no less true here than they were in the City. Someone is still measuring in much the same way, though outside interference can affect the timing. [ she remembers that, how ms. nomos had mentioned her intentions to see that entry was limited to more manageable windows. that she actually succeeded is something of a surprise. ]

For the others, they represent nothing more than potential. We had thrown off Clotho's shackles only long enough for her to send us home, but the way Vulcanus still seeded the multiverse as we had experienced it, it isn't inconceivable that her bridle was reestablished. The weaver still carries the power to trace a thread between worlds. [ an analogy that would make more sense to kanaya, given how her own powers work. but she recognizes the other as a far superior seamstress. ] I may have been incorrect in suspecting that Vulcanus has found us already, or that they've already made open action if they have. But they could. And if we have truly seen the last of them in the form I knew, I think I'll die one day still anticipating their dreaded return.

Which leaves Atropos. The end of all things. We pray we've seen the last of her, as there's nothing to be done when she decides the time has come. We know not where she properly originated, whether she can transcend space as the others do. But two from the same template holding that power, it would be foolish to assume she's a Medusa among the Gorgons, lacking prominent traits of her less-storied sisters. That's the wrong Greek trio.
