It's short-sighted as hell. Like, making us pledge any kind of loyalty to the government is really only setting us up to be screwed if the administration changes. What if someone who hates imPorts gets put in charge and uses that list - and the nanomachines which are kind of another issue entirely - to start fucking with us?
