May I have the attention of all residents and visitors to De Chima and Maurtia Falls.

I have discovered that there is a contaminate in the water supply which is causing some terrible side effects such as vivid hallucinations. I have alerted both the press and the authorities in order to most efficiently spread the word.
Do not drink the water. Do not take a shower.
I have been arranging with the community to create temporary safe shelters until this issue can be solved. There you will find a free supply of bottled water and areas to bathe in safety. Meals will also be provided. I would strongly advise everyone who is in an affected area to at once evacuate to these shelters.
