My world tosses anybody with the Flare into a rundown town and lets them waste away or kill each other. That's how they deal with it. If I'm going to go crazy and die, I don't want to do it where anybody can see it. The Palace wasn't that far from Denver, but they didn't seem too bloody worried about the distance, so I'm probably not gonna be spreading it more where I am.
