I don't think so. Say what you will about Omega, but at least it's HONEST about what it represents. It's a pit and everyone knows it.
Maurtia Falls reminds me more of Illium. People come for the shiny buildings and nightclubs, and stay because someone killed them in an alleyway or kidnapped them. Bright surface, but it's all rotten underneath.
