We're assuming that they—we—haven't been used. We stumbled on the Hornets' nest with very little effort, and it was only the boldness of the party bus that inevitably tipped them off. Why couldn't the government have tracked them down sooner? Why were we tasked with heading into a base without additional resources to stop this group?
