The Butterfly Effect may lead to extreme cases, I asked if you knew of it so I didn't have to explain the concept of small happenings developing into big consequences- and if you believed it possible. What I'm speaking of it more like that flapping of a butterflys wings into a hurricane. A white lie into something much more devastating. Cause and effect is nearly indisputable, but to the degree the butterfly effect speaks of- that's what I was interested in.
