Yeah. That's the problem, though, isn't it. This government - they've got it in their heads that violence is a show of strength. That it's not a miserable, last-resort thing you use, but something that shows that you're powerful and fierce and uncompromising. They jump at the opportunity to use that violence, because they like what they become when they do.
