I'm already doing that.

At the very least, have an escape route ready or something to defend yourself with.

He likely still has access to all his memories, so he might get it into his head to 'play' with you. Though hopefully he might be less...violent about it. [ More emotionally manipulative, which hurts in a different way, but at least it's not 'attempting to murder small children'. ]
