But Russia may also have technology to surpass that, or they could even ensure our technology is down at the time they make their attack. There is a creature -- LACKEY. It's something called an artificial intelligence and what that means is it is a machine capable of thinking for itself. This machine came to our soil and was able to control imPorts, so I've heard. I arrived one month after the events, but the story had been recounted to me by several.
