[ Toby is a far different prospect than Dorian. He's not a perfect individual, and Gansey knows that. He hasn't forgotten what happened with Toby's vampiric progeny, or his jailtime.

He also thinks Toby wasn't entirely to blame for that, though, and in general he tries to take people as he finds them. He'd done that with Dorian, and how well it's worked is debatable. With Toby, it's working out pretty well. ]

I don't know. In a way it's odd, but in another way, I just feel glad to be here at all. I'd been missing memories that I didn't even know were gone. I don't want that, I don't want to forget all that's happened here.
