I believe that there is a God. And that he, or she, or they are watching over us, and that he has a plan for us, and wishes for the best, even if he cannot make it so. We must steer our own destiny, after all, but he desires to protect his children. I believe that we, and all life, are connected in some way, that we are all truly brothers and sisters.

I believe that there is a life after this one, and that one day, we will all be reunited with those we have lost.

[He smiles.]

I know that many do not believe what I believe, and I respect that. But when I gaze upon the wonders that have been given to me, the wonders that life itself offers, I cannot help but believe.
