[The ID on this video reads ‘Lan Hikari’, and the subject of the video also appears to be Lan, lounging on the couch with a book. But his appearance seems a little...off. Lan doesn’t usually have anything that can be described as “bangs,” or even remotely curly hair, but this kid has both and there’s a limit to the power of a haircut. He’s not usually one to wear blue, either. If it is Lan, something weird is going on.
And then, judging by the voice that comes in from behind the device, it’s not him at all. So, something even weirder.]
Okay, see this guy? ..You can see him, right? Okay, he’s my brother, Hub. He’s not really supposed to be wandering around by himself too much, so--
[And it seems he's been talking too loudly, because the boy on the couch looks up, realizing he's being filmed.]
Oh my god. Lan, I told you--
I’m only trying to help! Let me finish.
Finish what, telling me what to do? You’re not Mom. [With that, Hub rolls his eyes and reaches for the camera.] Ignore him, he’s just being bossy--
[And Lan yanks it away, while it’s still recording. Very detrimental to the very thing he was trying to do. Oh well.]
Well that means I have to make sure nothing happens to you, you know…
I can take care of myself.
You’re still sick though.
I’m fine! Stop treating me like a baby!
I will when you stop being so hard to deal with!
I’m being hard to deal with? You’re the one who’s always bossing me around!
[A pause. The conversation is still being recorded. Enjoying the argument?]
Not all the time!
Might as well be all the time, the only time you’re not telling me what to do yourself is when you’re threatening to tattle to Mom, or the teachers.
Yeah, but...oh, I think this is still recording--
...what?! Give me that--!
[And Hub makes another grab for the comm, which means technology tug-o-war time! While the camera is still on. Enjoy that, folks.
Fortunately, it doesn’t go on too long--during the struggle, either through a slip of the hand or intention, the ‘record’ button is hit, cutting off the feed.]
