That's great.

Recruits have to get a psych eval. They also need to run an obstacle course and pass a sparring match with a combat instructor. It helps if you've already got police or military experience.

All that is probably going to be overhauled because of the inquiry though. We had a bad experience with someone who shouldn't have been recruited.
