I heard about that, yeah. [ A very ugh thought, but-- well, hardly the worst tragedy in his life. ] It's annoying, but if it happens that way I guess I'll deal with it.

[ It's just... something familiar, something that really represents "freedom" even if he's not that sure it's what he actually wants.
