You too, huh? It's not like that where I'm from, but I've spoken to other Heroes who had a program a little like that back home. Where I'm from, it's more like vigilante work; people are born with powers, or get them later on in life, and then it's up to them what they wind up doing with them.

It probably makes more sense to have actual, formal training. What was the school like? Maybe you've got some tips for people like me!
