I'm not going to waste time asking if there is a way off this backwater planet, it doesn't seem as if anyone has managed something so basic thus far. I don't understand why the natives of this planet seem to be proud of themselves as if this planet is something special despite being so primitive.

But it seems as I am stuck here for the foreseeable future so tell me what this planet has to offer, I'm curious to know.

[When he's done writing he switched to video but all that can be seen is a sheet with neatly written, very premise, Aurebesh symbols written on it-

'I'm sure some of you can read this. What is the last thing you recall before arriving here?'

No one seemed to know about Starkiller and the Hosnian System but he had to make sure and know who else was on this backwater planet. He held the paper there for a few moments before finally cutting the feed.]

[Hux nodded but he was still concerned. Kylo didn't think as he did, didn't have the same restraint. He clutched his hands tighter, pacing the living room for a moment as he thought.]

What do you intend to do with Skywalker? He and your grandfather could prove to be complications. [He wasn't sure how much of Vader Anakin was or if his allegiances were to the Empire or still lay with the Republic.] But I will leave them to you. I will handle the rebels.

I intend to carry out Snoke's orders. The Jedi must end, Skywalker is the last one. We've been searching for him for so long and now I'm finally on the same planet as him, I have to do something. I don't know what sort of effect this will have in our own galaxy or if it will have one at all.

[ Like Hux, Kylo didn't know much about who his grandfather is on this world, what he has experienced and where his allegiance lies. That will be something to discuss with Anakin himself, but Kylo knows that they have a strong connection. That much he's certain. ]

As for my grandfather, I haven't yet decided how I'll handle him, though I don't think he'll be as much of a complication as Luke and my father will be.

I'm not sure it will. Think about it, if Luke Skywalker went back to our galaxy know about Starkiller, what he knew here didn't prevent the destruction of the Hosnian System for some reason. The Hosnian planets are still gone by our time. But, that doesn't mean you can't deal with him here as you see fit, he still needs to be dealt with.

[Hux smirked at the mention of what Ren planned to do with Skywalker. Luke had annoyed him enough both in this world and back in their own galaxy by hiding that he felt no sympathy for what Ren would do to him.]

We'll see. But let me know what happens when you meet him.

[Hux didn't share Ren's optimism about Anakin not being a complication considering what he knew of the Skywalker family already. They did not do uncomplicated.] From what I've been able to determine he is just before the end of the Clone Wars. He came from Mustafar.

If I focus my plans on my family, Luke in particular, what will you be doing during this time? There are others here that need to be dealt with. A girl, she knows about the Force but I don't know her name. She seems like she could be a problem. And that droid, as well... And those are only the ones from our galaxy. I haven't had an opportunity to speak with many of the other residents, but I have no doubt they'll be just as much of a problem as the ones we're already familiar with.

[ Kylo is confident his grandfather won't be a complication as Hux thinks he will, but he knows that there is little he can say to convince the General otherwise. They'll discuss this at a later time, once Kylo has had an opportunity to familiarize himself with the man known as Anakin Skywalker. ]

Residents aside, there's also the issue regarding registration. Have you given any thought to that?

I'll focus on Dooku and the rebels. I know there is one from Scarif, a captain. There is another woman from Scarif, I'll handle her as well. And the droid, it's an Imperial droid and will better respond to me than to you. I don't have a way to program it but- well, I'll figure it out.

[Hux wasn't eager to discuss his new abilities until he had a chance to use them properly. He frowned at the question of registration, it didn't sit well with him.]

I have. There are perks with it but as I'm sure you know, I will not serve anything except the First Order and the Empire. But- there are benefits to at least one of us registering to take advantage of the benefits offered. We are alone here, without resources. We would be wise to take advantage of everything we are able to for the time being.

[But his expression was still one of revulsion as he took a deep breath.] Sometimes we have to do unpleasant things, feigning allegiance may serve us best for the time being.

I won't be registering, then. If we're to work together as you said, your registration will provide me with any benefits received. I can't feign allegiance when I know that my allegiance lies elsewhere.

[ Kylo decided from the start that his allegiance lies only in Snoke, that he serves no other Master, regardless of whether or not they're located in the same galaxy. Hux may be able to do something unpleasant like this, but Kylo refuses.

He pauses, thinking back to what Hux said moments earlier regarding the rebels and the droid. ]

I don't think reprogramming that droid will be as simple as you believe it to be. [ If their first conversation is anything to go by. ] But, by all means, you handle the rebels and the droid and leave my family to me.

Alright, well that decides that then.

[Hux would swallow his disgust and disdain for the time being, at least in public.]

I will take care of it. I have something I can try. [He just had to learn more about how his new abilities worked.] Just keep me updated, I would rather not have any unpleasant surprises come up.
