This isn't my first time in a weird town, so cut the acting and 'fess up. Who took my sisters? [Her eyes narrow dangerously, and she suddenly whips out...a piece of paper. An ordinary, rectangular sheet of paper.

It suddenly stiffens with an audible metallic sound like a knife being sharpened, and now it is definitely more dangerous, a large white blade.]

No one takes my sisters or Nenene Sumiregawa! [Then her voice rises to a yell.] Where are they? Give them back, or else! [She brings the paper blade close to the phone as if threatening to slice it in half unless someone answers her.]

Hey! Dokusensha! Are you behind this? I thought we sank your stupid headquarters!

[Anita manages to find her way to her designated house. How she does it is another story entirely; perhaps someone on the network showed her how - perhaps it was you - or maybe she stumbled upon it by chance. In any case, this isn't her real house. This isn't Nenene's house. It's a strange house with stranger danger, but maybe she'll find her sisters or Nenene.

Without hesitation, she knocks on the door, only to let herself inside afterward. Once in, she wanders into the living room, the kitchen, etc.]

Michelle? Maggie? [Her temper has cooled down enough for her to think more clearly, at least.]

[Odd, it looks like the closer to this particular part of the house she gets, the darker it steadily becomes, as if someone is purposefully keeping out the light.

And there, at the end of the hall, is a tall, muscular man...who is completely shirtless. At the very least there's enough visibility to make out his RIPPLING MUSCLES, but his face is so shadowed it's almost impossible to make out any distinguishing features from it from a distance.

At least he's wearing pants.]

[Yeah, it IS weird. Anita almost considers taking a sheet of paper from the holsters on her legs in case there was a monster in here, but - no, it's just a man. He doesn't seem to want to hurt her.

But he's SHIRTLESS.

She stops in her tracks and for a moment, blinks to make sure she's got it right and the dude has no shirt on.]

Me? I'm supposed to be staying here. Are you supposed to be living here too?

[The amount of disdain she injects into the word "supposed" is amazing. Clearly she is still not happy despite having calmed down from being hysterical over the network.]

Have you seen my sisters?

[ Dorian...is slouched on the couch, reading a book. When Anita enters, he manages to look up from his book for a moment, frown on his face. ]

Who're you?

Hey, careful where you're waving that. [God, he hates when the place brings in little kids.] No one ever told you you could have someone eye out?

No one took your sisters. They just took you.

[Anita frowns right back.]

The newest kidnap victim. Who are you?

I can't do that through a phone. [She taps the screen with her paper blade.] See?

Oh, yeah? How do you know it was just me?

Did your sisters answer you?

Another new kidnap victim. The name's Dorian.

No, but how do I know they get phones like these too?

[She raises an eyebrow skeptically.]

Oh, yeah? How can I be sure you weren't part of this?

Because everyone who shows up here gets phones like these. Packets and files too. It's a welcome gift.

[ Wordlessly, Dorian holds up his wrist, showing off his glowing tattoo--with the word 'registered' plainly visible. ]

This should be reason enough. You've probably got one as well.

Yeah, yeah, I got those. But what if whoever brings us here decides to change the rules around?

[She nods slowly. He was right...and what would the kidnapper gain from tattooing himself? Then again, the culprits might just be blending in with the crowd...]

Okay, I guess that makes sense. What kind of weirdo gives kids tattoos?

What kind of weirdo gives anyone tattoos to begin with? Especially tattoos that nobody asked for.

You got that right. [Anita walks around the area, examining things.] More like, what kind of weirdo kidnaps you, tattoos you, takes you away from your family, and then tells you you're supposed to be living with a bunch of strangers?

And it's not me I'm worried about. [Actually, it's not even whoever she might sideswipe with that thing.]

Did you lose track of your family before or after waking up in the room with the machine?

No, I was with my sisters and Nenene the whole time. We're her bodyguards. Then...suddenly, I was in that room.

Before. [Well, not that it's good news either way, but.] Likelihood is no one's taken them - they're right where they were.

Then I wanna go back to them! [She sounds desperate.]

You will. [Come on Barnes, don't make it worse, you can calm down a small pink kid...] Eventually. We're told. We just don't know exactly when.

[One day he'll learn how to sugar a pill. ...Maybe not today.]

But I have to go back! We're...we're always together! And we have to protect Nenene!

[Oh well, points for effort, Bucky. Her eyes are beginning to water.]
