By the time he makes it back to the farmhouse (rather late because, well, he had to do some brooding), he's more tired than anything. He makes a beeline for he and Kaneki's bedroom, half expecting the ghoul not to be there when he enters (the thought of which causes his chest to tighten anxiously). When he does see Kaneki - poised at his computer, as usual - D33 stiffens at first, jaw clenching a bit.
