I would certainly not compete with her. This is a social service, not a business; no fees will be charged. If it comes to there being two businesses, I would either see them merge or simply give over my contacts to her.

And that is not a bad notion; I will indeed consider that. My intention was to not charge at all, but I see no issue with allowing people an opportunity to put some recompense towards better use.
