[ She'll break her month long network radio silence today, though it was never radio silence as she'd been lurking and responding through private conversations. Now she'll address the network as a whole, prepared or not for who might respond. ]

This is a question for everyone, the only exception being those who share with me the same galaxy.

Where you're from, what did you do? Did you live your life freely? Were you in charge of anything or anyone?

For me, there has been nothing but a war. It was all I knew. And now that I'm here, I admit I'm at a loss on what I should do with myself. I feel as though I'm living a quiet life, something I never thought possible. But it feels like a life without direction.

Should I take this time to reflect and relax? How?

It's a difficult concept to grasp when I've been at the front for so long, leading and guiding teams and missions.

[ If this outs her then Leia won't care so much. It's obvious by her involvement back home that she's at the head of the Rebellion. Nothing can come of it here and nothing can come of it back home, from what she's been told. ]

This isn't about being bored. I'm not. I'm simply not used to sitting around as often as I am now. Being left to your thoughts for so long, your thoughts can quicky become your enemy.

Okay, I walked right into that one. Wacky timelines aside, you're a little young for me. [ Even if he wasn't, you know - already taken. ] But in my limited experience, there's no better way to pass some time than in the company of someone you really like.

Then I'll take that vote of confidence and see where it takes me.

And you did. It wasn't hard to resist playing on it. [ Now she's the one laughing. ] I'm not that young, Kanan.

Well. Let's see. Two are currently up in space. As for the third, we spend too much time bickering.

You're only, like, a year older than my apprentice! If that!

[ But it's all in good fun. ]

Wow, three. That's a lot on your plate. But if you want, you're always welcome to do stuff with me and Hera. We're currently working our way through as many varieties of fresh fruit as we can possibly find.

And pizza. I'm really into pizza lately.

Your apprentice is twenty-one?

[ Young to her is anyone under eighteen. Kind of hard though when there's a war and everyone is involved, no matter what the age is. ]

Is there? I mean Luke's my brother, I enjoy his company because I never had it growing up. We get along well and have lots to talk about since we grew up in separate and had very different upbringings. He's also a really good listener.

Poe is... Poe. We'll just leave it at that, for reasons.

And then there's Han, but it isn't too hard to figure out which of the three I tend to argue with more. [ Not really arguing. But damn does he get under her skin. ]

Pizza? Pizza sounds good. I've only had it once so far. I'd very much like to try this meal they call cheeseburger and fries. Have you had it get?

You were both born around the same time, right? I mean, the last time we saw you, you and Ezra were about the same age. I know, you're 21 here, but - c'mon.

[ Kanan has to shake his head at the mention of Poe. The less said about that, the better, right now. ]

Anyway, I haven't tried a cheeseburger yet, but I'll try just about anything once.

Yes, we're twins. Not identical though. And I'm twenty-two. Of you want to talk about someone who's old, take Han for instance.

It's... Interesting. Or the description of one was interesting.

If this Han guy is too old for you, then I am definitely too old for you. You might wanna broaden your search.

[ He's probably not in much position to quibble about her taste in men, given what a catch he is, but. ]

Meat... cheese... bread... some vegetables... what's a pickle?

[ Well. Damn. Leia snorts out a laugh and doesn't mean to. She clears her throat to compose herself. ]

He's about ten years older than me. He's definitely old, just don't tell him that. I'm not quite sure what kind of effect that'll have on him.

I... I think it's also a vegetable? It's green, you can slice it up or eat it on its own.

That means he's about my age, and yet I still feel like I should be grabbing my blaster and paying him a visit or at least sending him a sternly-worded holo-message.

[ Sorry, Leia, you're always going to be that sixteen-year-old kid to him. ]

Hmmm. Well, worth a try sometime. Pickles. Cheeseburgers. Probably not the sternly-worded holo-message, unless you really want me to.

I'm more interested in what you might put in that sternly-worded holo-message.

[ Really. Really. ]

And of course the pickles and cheeseburgers.

What? Just looking out for your well-being. And making sure he knows there might be some consequences if he breaks your heart, that's all.
