[ She'll break her month long network radio silence today, though it was never radio silence as she'd been lurking and responding through private conversations. Now she'll address the network as a whole, prepared or not for who might respond. ]

This is a question for everyone, the only exception being those who share with me the same galaxy.

Where you're from, what did you do? Did you live your life freely? Were you in charge of anything or anyone?

For me, there has been nothing but a war. It was all I knew. And now that I'm here, I admit I'm at a loss on what I should do with myself. I feel as though I'm living a quiet life, something I never thought possible. But it feels like a life without direction.

Should I take this time to reflect and relax? How?

It's a difficult concept to grasp when I've been at the front for so long, leading and guiding teams and missions.

[ If this outs her then Leia won't care so much. It's obvious by her involvement back home that she's at the head of the Rebellion. Nothing can come of it here and nothing can come of it back home, from what she's been told. ]

This isn't about being bored. I'm not. I'm simply not used to sitting around as often as I am now. Being left to your thoughts for so long, your thoughts can quicky become your enemy.

No, of course not. But using the Force in my time would give me away as a Jedi. Exposing me and making it easier for the Empire to track me down. What few of us remained, we had to make ourselves disappear. It’s also why we decided to separate you and your brother.

[He wasn’t sure how much Leia understood about that in her time considering the influence of the Empire, or how the Force worked, but we would be willing to explain anything she needed.]

Well, I suppose we may have to improvise if one can not be found for you. The kyber crystal would be the most important part, and I find it unlikely that they are found here.

You could have kept us together. It was unnecessary for you to separate us. [ As of right now, Leia didn't think she could forgive him for that. ] We're twins. It wasn't right.

[ Hearing about the kyber crystal, Leia had to pause. Any hard feelings she had about the decision they'd made for her and Luke, it could wait. ]

[There was a pained pause, but he knew she didn’t understand. The decision had been for their safety. It was a conversation that indeed could wait though at what Leiasaid next.]

Maurita Falls. Luke told me about it. It's in a cave, behind one of the falls. I haven't been to it myself but...

[ The twin discussion can wait for when they're in person. ]

I'm also missing the lightsaber. But at least we have the key component?

The crystal is the heart of the lightsaber. The rest is just metal and circuity. I can teach you how to build one with parts we can likely find here.

Is it difficult?

That all depends on the individual. It’s more than just putting together a few parts. It is also being in harmony with a crystal that has chosen you. And having the peace of mind and focus to put together the weapon that is meant for you and uniquely yours. There’s a bit of a ceremony to it that all Jedi younglings had to pass as a sort of rite of passage.
