Let's see...if we go by my own knowledge of Norse myths in my world, the ones I remember apart from those mentioned before are Odin, which I don't think you are, Siegfried, Surt, Dis, Norn, Nidhoggr, Skadi, Loki, Freya, Hel and the Valkyries.
[The last one isn't really a single god, but he had it as a Persona so it counts to him anyway.]
A few of those had shapeshifting powers so it makes it hard for me to figure out which one you might be, if any.
