There are things we need before we can even consider rescuing any of them.

Information, primarily speaking.

Now I don't care where it comes from or how it was obtained, I just need every scrap of information anyone has on this situation. Perhaps it's not much on an individual scale, but compiling everything into one source may grant us more insight.

I've gone ahead and created such a document, though it is locked down for security reasons- as all informative responses to this should be. I've granted some individuals access, and will continue to do so as I sort through responses. Everyone with access will have the ability to add their knowledge to it, as well as share the document with others. Moderately complex perhaps, but it's an attempt to keep the information leaks to a minimum.

There's not much there at the moment, as it only reflects my observations so far, but collaborative discussion of course is highly encouraged. I will store frequent back-up copies in case of error.

If we can locate them, RISE may have the resources to go get them.

You have access to the document, I hope it finds good use.

As well, I'd like to mention I'm capable of remote teleportation- both with objects and individuals- although the latter is limited in scale. Something to keep in mind if we happen to locate them, but find reaching them difficult.

If they are underwater, that will prove useful- unless they have some means of blocking powers remotely.

That would be unfortunate. I don't know they have that much foresight, but it'll be worth attempting before anything drastic at any rate.

Maybe we should talk to the military? They might have some way of finding them that we don't- and 'somewhere beneath Russian territorial waters' might be a good start.

Yes, that seems prudent. If they are in a submarine, then whatever team going after them will likely need one as well. I don't have any contacts within this world's military, but if you know whom to speak to- or anyone that does- feel free to bring that information to them.
