[Video turns on to show Riku sitting on the curve of what might be a palm tree at the beach of Heropa.]
So, I don't know if this is usual for this place, but for some reasons I got my old wooden practice sword sent by the government this morning. It's… an interesting reminder, to say the least.
[He grimaces slightly because well… the last time he saw that sword was when he left it behind for Sora to use in then-Hollow Bastion.]
But anyway, that's not the only thing that showed up from home!
[He angles the camera up, to show the star-shaped fruits that are hanging from the tree that he is sitting on.]
These are called paopu, they are from my home world. Back there, we have a legend surrounding them… it says that if two people share one of these, they'll remain connected to one another forever… no matter what happens.
[He turns the camera back, smiling softly.]
So… if you have someone special in your life, you should pick up one of these to share.
[Then his smile turns a little more mischievous.]
Don't worry, Sora… Kairi. I'm definitely bringing one home for you guys.
[He's about to shut off the recording, but then gets distracted when someone behind him starts shouting promotions of Joe's Diner and their Destiny Pizza down the streets – his face falling into a grimace of horror and annoyance.]
…They put paopus on pizza!? Seriously? That's just–
[Riku doesn't even have words for just how much he considers this near-blasphemous.
You Don't Just Put A Paopu On Pizza.
…Or into any other meal, for that matter. Excuse him, he probably needs to go and give this Joe a piece of his mind.
Riku out(?)]
