I can feel when people leave. A lot of people disappeared this week. Some of them were my friends, too. It's strange.

[There's a certain sound to her voice and a definite tell to why this isn't a video. Aerith isn't used to losing people. Death is a kind of temporary state to a Cetra, but this isn't death. Here, friends end up worlds away, gone from the entire scope of her abilities.]

[It's about thirty minutes later when Josuke shows up with a small case of energy drinks from a corner store and some desserts from Re:Cafe. He'll knock once before letting himself in, kick off his shoes at the front door and beeline for the living room where he's fairly certain Tetsuo will be. They might not be the closest, but they're still friends in his mind, making this gesture absolutely not one of pity, but of camaraderie.

And the same can be said for the way he enters the living room and drops himself rather unceremoniously onto the sofa next to Tetsuo, shoving the dessert box at him...so he can pry open the case of energy drinks with both hands.]

[Provided the stuff in there isn't Kaneda's. Which it isn't as far as he knows.]

[because somehow she suspects with Kaneda gone that her permission to live in the makeshift basement room he'd constructed for her so long ago is no longer in effect.

[You can expect him in a few hours, Tetsuo. He doesn't knock, just lets himself in and heads into the house. Capsule makes himself known almost instantly and Riku's ready for him -- he's brought a few things with him, among them leash and a collar to contain him while he makes sure there's not anything else he should be retrieving. Riku ties him to the doorknob in the foyer. Once that's done he moves deeper in, peeking into the living room out of curiosity as to what Tetsuo must be up to.]
