I need advice on how to safely encourage an alligator to leave.
[While this is anonymous, anyone who's looking in the direction of Heropa 32 can see there's a fairly large alligator chilling on the sidewalk close to the front door. That might be what this is about.]

Or you could lure it away with some food. In the end, we all succumb to our stomachs.
Please be careful.

It's currently in front of the door. No one's going outside.

Perhaps it'll go away on it's own. They need water, don't they?
[You're not built on a swamp either, so...it's gotta go do alligator things.]

You could possibly bait it away, or frighten it with noises.

Buy a whole chicken
Dangle it on a string and lead him out!
Just be really careful
They have a long reach when they are hungry

Ive never fed an alligator before
But I've seen them attack!
They are very fast
Maybe you can throw the chicken out your door?
It might run after it!

But this is Florida, after all. They are probably used to things like this.
