[Walter is doing the walk-and-talk method of recording himself. Based on the cityscape around him, it looks like he's walking through Heropa.]

I have come to learn that there was once an institute in this world designed specifically by and for imPorts. Those who were heading the project have since returned to their own worlds, but what of us? I think it could be of great use. That's why I'm working to reestablish this institution, but I will need some assistance to make that happen. 

The same original opportunities would apply as before: classes for people of all ages and education levels, teaching positions for those hoping to change careers, and dorm housing for both Registered and Unregistered imports. There will also be practice spaces geared for honing one's own powers, and classes for learning self-defense.

I know that there are already a variety of combat instructors among us, but I think it would be beneficial to have as many as possible under one roof. I will be offering competitive pay and better resources to anyone who chooses to join the faculty. I have a comprehensive background in education, and am currently in the midst of getting additional government funding. I will do everything I can to get you what you need... Within reason and safety standards.

Not all of the import-taught classes would have to be about self defense, of course. Even if you have no experience with teaching in a formal setting, I would welcome your involvement nonetheless. There are so many among us with unique skills and experiences. If you would be interested in sharing your expertise, I can work with you to find the teaching methods that suit you best.

[He takes a turn, and now he's near a property that looks a little more forested than the rest of the city. He turns the camera around to face the school itself. It looks overgrown, even a bit dilapidated. There’s a large hole in the roof, a few broken windows, and an overgrowth of plants on the property.]

But before we get that far, the building itself is in need of a little... elbow grease. It will require a large amount work, but I truly think it will be worth it.

[His hand reaches into view, wiping some overgrown brush off of a placard that declares “Heropa Organization of Porter Education”.]

Oh, yeah, I'd be all for teaching an occasional class. I have plenty of experience in robotics, and if you were going to have any kind of gym class outside of the normal self defense stuff, I could probably help with that. And I sort of owned a news media outlet...it was actually a cover to better hide our existence from humans, but I probably picked up enough from that to get together some journalism lessons.

That’s quite alright. I don’t expect that many people will have the time or energy to take up the mantle of teaching, but I'm keeping the offer open.

And besides, the elbow grease is more than enough. This place needs all of the help it can get.

This sounds like a great idea. I'm not sure how much help I can be, but I'll do whatever you need! [ At least, in terms of cleaning the place up. She's not really qualified to teach anything. ] This way, you can be a teacher again, right?

And yes, I will be able to teach again, though that won't be my primary task. I will be overseeing the school as a whole, and ensuring that everything works as it's supposed to.

But, on occasion, I'm hoping to give classes on this world's history and the modern world in general. I think there are still imPorts here who may have trouble adjusting, so I'd like to help with that.

[Not that Riku has something against the locals, but he has only been to school once since that disaster with the gossip rags. Also, this sounds way more interesting than actual school here – and definitely like a place where he might be able to pick up on a trick or two to help teach Kairi.]

And you're correct, this will largely be an imPort-motivated endeavor. Some of the faculty will have to be filled in by the local population, or else we would be understaffed... But I will be involved in the approval process, and my standards are very high.

I'm obviously no help in the elbow grease department... But I would be interested in helping once you've got the place open again. Schooling here is well below my level. I think I'd be more suited to teaching than trying to learn.

Well, that may be a bit.. Difficult. I know from experience that you’re very bright- extraordinarily so. But I need to know your qualifications. I’ll have to convince the school board of this world and the government that you can handle this job, and that I'm not taking advantage of you.

If you can prove to me that you can handle this, I will do everything in my power to make it happen.

I can maybe help with some of the setup, but, uh... Speaking from experience, you're going to want a lot of nurses and security guards on staff.

Of course. Both the nurse staff and security are going to be just as highly vetted as the teachers, if not moreso. I plan to install accessible first aid supplies near any spaces that are going to be used for training, or where physical injury may be likely.

We'll also have contingency plans for emergency evacuations and lock downs. In truly dire situations, certain areas of the campus could also be used as emergency shelters.

[Walter has explained his plans in a very matter-of-fact tone, but his voice softens a bit, betraying a deeper understanding of Josh's concern.]

As the head of this institution, I understand that I'll be responsible for the safety of many people. I don't take that lightly.
