[ The ID reads as Nathan Drake, but for those who know him or have seen him on the network over the last year, this Nathan Drake isn't the same Nathan Drake. He's obviously younger, more babyfaced (at least by 9 years), and he's sporting a lovely black eye, scabbing scuff on his nose, and a split bottom lip.

Before he speaks up, he sniffs and seems to gingerly brush his knuckles at his lower lip, careful of the fresh cut and swollen skin. The fact that he's dressed in plain prison clothes doesn't bother him one bit; there's more pressing matters to bring up. ]

Hey. So, looks like we're all a long way from home. Can't speak for Kansas and Toto, but...

[Looks like she's made a breakthrough. Elena thinks she should probably feel bad that she used the dick-curve against him, since none of this is actually his fault, but...she doesn't.]

[ He is not doing the 'I-gotta-piss' shuffle. ]

I still have to drive, Nate, I can't do that while I'm talking to you. [Well, she could, but she'd like to not get pulled over or cause an accident. Hang on, I'll be there soon and we can go from there.

[ He doesn't have many places to go. Doesn't know any one. Twiddling his thumbs, that's what he'll do until she drives up. ]

[Elena could make an argument that he does several other things better, but there's no denying that he's good at hanging on (and not falling to his death), so she just closes the connection and gets into her car. Fifteen, maybe twenty minutes later and she's arrived, add another five to park and walk to where he'd been. It's easy to find him; his stupid handsome face sticks out, or maybe that's just her.]

[ He's lucky that way. Just as he's considered lucky when the blonde woman named Elena Fisher approaches. He's got some height on her (even more nine years down the road) and he notices she's slim, fit even. Really, what is their story?
