[Today, Grievous appears in his human form, thinking that it may be more of a strategic advantage to appeal to the largest proportion of beings here. There were not many aliens around, especially those that appeared different in their looks to humans. Grievous appears as a man in his mid-forties with steel-graying hair and a basic dark shirt and jacket. He looks professional but not intimidating. His voice is still rough and accented, reminiscent of his usual voice but more organic and not metallic or robotic-sounding.]

Fellow citizens of Maurtia Falls and beyond.

I had been considering leaving your gloomy town due to the dangerous corruption and influence on offer by certain groups and individuals. However, with the current vacancy of Ambassador I have decided instead to stay and fight these criminal elements.

I am going to run for this position in the coming elections. I would appreciate your support in this endeavor and while I am no politician, I have long protected my own people and homeworld against outside threats and I have vast experience in matters of war and military strategy.

Therefore my platform shall focus on security and ridding Maurtia Falls of these corrupt and criminal influences. Join me in this goal by voting for myself, Sheelal, when the ballots are available.

If there are other issues, I will also address them, such as the more dangerous imPorts causing trouble or recent disasters. These incidents must be contained and prevented and I shall aim to do so in the future, should I be elected to this office of Ambassador. Your safety and security will be highest on my priorities.

They're not dangerous, unless people have two left feet. The flash mobs I'm talking about those viral sensations where people pretend to be boring, normal types going about their day before they launch into some sweet coordinated dance grooves. I believe flash mobs should be encourage for great community building because it's a lot of people working for one goal and it's great publicity.

Any other arts or cultural stances you want to mention? Since you're interested in security--I got it, crime bad, criminals bad. But I was interested in the civilian friendly topics.

As for other cultural needs, I would certainly be interested in promoting both the written word and the art of the mural. Finding the finest sculptors could also be beneficial to create magnificent statues for our recreational spaces.

It depends upon their crimes.

To begin with, train an elite group to find and remove any of these criminal elements. Then heighten all security within the city.

Yeah, okay, there are so many things that could go horribly wrong with those two sentences that my head's spinning keeping track of them all. [He sighs, pinching the bridge of his nose.] Where are you going to get the budget for heightening all the security in the city? How are you going to get people to agree to heightening all the security? You're running for Ambassador, there are limits to that power.

Secondly, this elite group—exactly how do you plan on having them remove criminal elements? What criminal elements are you trying to remove? Or do you want to take out all of them, because that's a whole other can of worms I don't even wanna open.

We will begin with dangerous groups such as Constellation and work down to the more petty crimes.

Surely there is some sort of banking organization here to fund such important ventures.

If this isn't a private enterprise, you need to use taxes. And honestly, I'm not sure I'm very comfortable with public funds that could be used to set up programs that could actually help keep people out of jail funneled towards hiring people to take care of the city's criminal elements.

Also, again, how do you plan on having them take out crime? I'm not just asking for a vague promise here. Exactly how are you going to take out the Constellation? Are you going to mete out the same punishment to the petty criminals, the desperate kids?

People care about their own safety, yeah. That's not what we're disputing here. What I want to know is, what's all this safety and security you're talking about going to cost?
