[A pale man with dark lips and colored hair appears on the screen, humming. He smiles wide and looks relaxed.]

No questions. I like what I see. I like where this is going~ A turn of events no one could have seen.

[it's a sing song voice, cheerful but dark.]

I'm not here to bother you with the details. I can read about those. I'm here to offer you something more. Something pure. Something that will ease your troubles for little to no cost to you.

[He waves a dark metal and leather gloved hand in the air and with slight of hand makes three vials appear, pink, yellow and a soft blue.] For a tiny cost, or just different place to stay, I could offer you something more.

[He's been busy.]

Go ahead and ask. I'm sure someone is curious.

I didn't jump to conclusions, I just pointed out what you sound like.

Here, I can do it too:

"Hey buddy, you wanna go to a place you've never dreamed of? Only six hundred creds! The trip of a lifetime!"

Not difficult.

No, and no thanks. I highly doubt it's harmless.

Negative feelings? Uh, no. That is definitely not harmless.

Unhealthy avoidance, you mean.

There are ways to do that productively. Ways to acknowledge your emotions, not hide from them.

Understanding how to handle our emotions isn't a luxury - it's a learned skill. Anyone can learn it. Unless you get them addicted to something that's only going to be destructive for them and the people around them, of course.

No, but messing with your emotions instead of learning how to deal with them in a healthy way is definitely destructive.

People with actual chemical imbalances can and should treat them with actual medical treatments, from actual healthcare professionals. Not some random guy selling them something on the network.
