I'm looking forward to the "extra" hour from Daylight Savings Time...but I feel like most of us could use a month or two. Maybe animals had it right with the whole hibernating business.

I've seen a few people offering to help with nightmares and all of that, but...If you can't get to sleep in the first place, that doesn't help much.
