[The face that appears on the network is that of an anxious teenager. What stands out - aside from the unruly dark hair and wide, nervous-looking dark eyes - is that his nose has a bandage and tape over it, indicating some sort of injury. An unfamiliar face as he's only just arrived. He's found his assigned room and now is checking out the network. At least, for him, that is a familiar sort of technology.]

Uhh...

Hey. I just got here and... I guess this happens all the time?

If this is a dream, I'm not waking up. But it's a really weird dream.

Oh, uh, I'm Peter. Hey, hi.

I guess that's all for now. I'll just... check things out...

[He looks awkward then stops the video.]

Yeah, the people who gave me the file and told me.... sort of what was going on here.

[A lot of it didn't sink in as he'd been completely bewildered.]

They said it was broken but it should heal fine. Some advanced medicine they gave me.... Said it should make the healing quicker but to keep this on for now.

[He may be rambling slightly.]

Oh yeah, sure. You can definitely keep the bandage on. But ice on top of it will feel nice, trust me.

[ He gets the sense that this kid doesn't know much about treating injuries. ]

I understand this must be a lot right now. Perhaps you should drink some water and sit down?

No man. I'm made of rocks—which might be your next guess, given the inaccuracy of your first one.

I really am dreaming.

[That may be said more to himself.]

I don't ... have any.

[He begins than adds after a thought.]

I guess maybe the freezer at the apartment has some cubes or something.

Try that first. Or a bag of frozen veggies if you don't have ice. Then wrap it all in a towel so it's not painfully cold.

[Even if he did know how to treat injuries, he seems a little out of it at the moment. He arrived not only with a broken nose but also significant trauma. At the moment he's coping only by his mind telling him it was just another nightmare. That method of blocking painful memories will only last for so long.]

[ It's clear this guy is kind of traumatized though. Out of it. He hates leaving just leaving it like that. ]
