Hypothetically speaking, how old does someone have to be to apply for college, or to take classes at a university? Is there a minimum age, or does it depend on whether or not you understand the material?

Mostly the classes. I could be ported back home at any time, so there's no way to know if I'll be here long enough to pursue a degree!

That definitely shouldn't be a problem, then. They won't give a crap so long as you're paying and not expecting credit. Even more so if you take online courses.

I didn't realize that was an option, but I'm not sure I'd want to sit in front of a computer all day!
