I've been here for more than one Halloween, and nothing too awful's happened. But not taking part in the festivities would probably be enough to avoid the attention of anything spooky, if that's what you're worried about.

Not usually.

But some things happened before I got here. Now, I'm not so sure what to believe.

I wasn't back home, but the government decided running a place for teenagers to vent their feelings and get some advice was right up my alley.

I don't think anywhere is 100% safe.

But given past records, Halloween seems to be, yes.

At least someone else realizes this. Halloween is one of the worst times of the year. Even more than New Years.
