[ As a goddess, she is used to mortals making incredible new innovations whenever she turns around, but this is a bit much even for her. Circe is incurably curious, at least, so she is motivated by rather than frustrated with all the newness. ]

It sounds like a good way to get to know others and spread good-feeling, which I gather is the purpose of this festival.

Circe has not had a lot of fun, friends, or happiness in her life but what little she has carved out for herself on Aiaia. Having a whole holiday about it sounds quaint and naive, but not a bubble she needs to burst for anyone else with her churlishness.
