Okay, legally speaking, murder is the premeditated killing of a person. Basically, if you were fully intending on killing Bigfoot for any reason, you could get a murder charge no matter if he comes back to life or not. Now, if you did it in self-defense it's a lot murkier, but you'd have to prove you were fearing for your own life at the time.
