[ It's been a while since Hades was in full view on video. The old concert hall is looking less like a concert hall, and more like a refuge center. Nico's been doing a lot since Magnus left and Persephone had left the place to him. ]

Okay, is this thing on?

[ He looks at the camera, dark circles under his eyes more noticeable than normal. ]

Great. So I'm looking for volunteers. We've... I've made sure Hades continues to be a homeless youth shelter and-- [ There's a pause. ] I don't really know what I'm doing or how else to get the word out. We have money to keep the lights on and the place running but I'm not sure what sort of resources I need to get them help.

[ Them being the few kids who are already here but not featured on the video. Mostly native kids right now, but it's clear that someone lives there from the beds and personal belongings behind Nico. ]

Any advice?

I used to volunteer at a church. [ And spent a good chunk of his teen years homeless and wandering, or dead. So. You know. ] Food and clothing drives are a big thing. Community events and stuff because everybody loves to put a face to who they're helping.

What have you done by way of fundraising? A few years back a friend and I did a pie in the fact contest to raise money for a charity in Heropa and it raised a good amount of money. Low overhead, high profits.

How're you set up for food?

Uhhh... that's a good question.

Not great. I want to get an actual kitchen down here so no one has to live on microwaved food. We have a garden with some cool lighting to simulate the sun but it's pretty much brand new so no crops yet.

It's a little out there, but... Maybe you could try hosting a Swear-In there sometime. Let all the imPorts and the people who follow us around get a look at how these kids are living. It would boost your profile, at least.

Hard part would be holding an event full of outsiders without disrupting regular life there.

[ Normally this is the kind of thing she'd pass by with a cynical shrug but actually freezing to death in the streets puts things into perspective. Add kids into the mix and jesus christ, you can't ignore that. ]

What kind of problems are you struggling with? Kids not knowing that you exist, or adults not knowing they should fucking help out?

I hate using Persephone's name to leverage help, so I've been trying to do it without that but she was pretty famous. I just don't want them to think we're a weird cult or something.

If you have people there already, they should probably be a part of this conversation too.

Mostly just the kids. I didn't want to drag them on film, they don't need that especially if they're hiding from parents.

I'm trying to be transparent with them as best I can without sounding like I have no idea what I'm doing.
