[ It's been a while since Hades was in full view on video. The old concert hall is looking less like a concert hall, and more like a refuge center. Nico's been doing a lot since Magnus left and Persephone had left the place to him. ]

[ He looks at the camera, dark circles under his eyes more noticeable than normal. ]
Great. So I'm looking for volunteers. We've... I've made sure Hades continues to be a homeless youth shelter and-- [ There's a pause. ] I don't really know what I'm doing or how else to get the word out. We have money to keep the lights on and the place running but I'm not sure what sort of resources I need to get them help.
[ Them being the few kids who are already here but not featured on the video. Mostly native kids right now, but it's clear that someone lives there from the beds and personal belongings behind Nico. ]
Any advice?

[ This earns a bit of an eyebrow raise because he thinks he looks a little bit like his father. ]
Look are you some demigod I don't know about because I don't know a lot of people who meet my father, know what he looks like, and live to tell the tale.

[Sora looks so, so confused right now, and is looking super closely at the camera as if he’s looking for something... something in the area of Nico’s head.
But then he gets asked if he’s a demigod and he jumps in surprise.]
Me, a demigod?! No, no way, I’m nothing like that! I’m just really good friends with- uh... well Herc’s a friend and I guess ‘cuz he and your dad aren’t on great terms... oh boy, this is awkward... do you know him? Hercules? Oh and I’m Sora by the way.
[he rubs the back of his neck]

Do you mean Heracles? [ There must be some misconceptions unless he knew the Roman Hercules which then #awkward ]

[He shoots a big, guileless grin at the screen and raises a hand in a little half wave but then gets right back to the business at hand.]
So if Persephone's Hades' wife then she's your mom? And no, I don't know anyone called Heracles, I know Hercules. You know, he's super strong, has a flying horse called Pegasus? Oh, and he's a real hero too!
[And it looks for a little while like he's going to leave it at that until finally he can contain himself no longer.]
Listen, I gotta know... does your hair do the thing?

[ Hercules, a hero? Gag him he was the worst. ] Really? He was an absolutely asshole to my friends.
[ And now he's very, very confused. ]

[But then again, Herc and Hades weren't exactly on the best terms being enemies and all that and Hades was a real jerk to him... not that Sora's about to say that to the guy's son's face.]
Yeah, does your hair do the thing. You know-
[It would seem like they're both very, very confused as Sora does a gesture with his hands like an explosion is coming from his head. With an accompanying 'fwoosh' noise.]

[ He'll have to tell Will this later. ]

There was no madness brought on by Hera and there are no Twelve Labours of Heracles ssh what are you saying]It doesn't? Not even when you get mad?
[He looks... a bit disappointed, but it's swiftly gone.]
But I guess that's a good thing! I can't imagine how many times your dad must'a burnt up hats or pillows with his hair on fire. It always seems kinda nuts that it does that, but I guess it's part of being a god, right?

So yeah, different universes I guess. My dad's hair is pretty normal as far as the Gods are concerned. No flames, sorry to say. I wonder how mortified he'd be if he knew there was an alternate universe version of him with flaming hair.
[ who has the voice of james woods. would he be offended or honored? who knows the gods are weird. ]

That's kind of a relief actually, that your dad's a different Hades. The Hades I know doesn't really like me all that much... at all... Does your dad have blue skin and pointy teeth?

Then he's definitely, definitely not the Hades I know. That guy walks around with his hair on fire being sneaky and up to no good, but he sure is impossible to comprehend all right.
[He leans back in his chair, tucking his arms behind his head and smiling.]
My world? It's pretty small, but it's home, you know? It's got sandy beaches and bright sea and amazing sunsets that light up the whole sky like its on fire. What about you, is your world Olympus too?
