[ The feed opens on Pidge in her workstation, which isn’t a strange sight in and of itself, but between the bags under her eyes and the grease on her face it’s obvious she hasn’t slept in a few days. And is part of her hair smoldering? ]

So Rover has informed me that it’s April 5th. Which means I turned 17 two days ago. Which is weird? I wasn’t really sure I’d make it to 16 to be honest. [ To much information? That might have been too much information ]

Anyway, what’s there to do around here to celebrate a birthday? Amusement parks? Places to go? Etcetea, etcetra. [ A beep interrupts Pidge as she’s speaking and she turns her attention to Rover for a few minutes, before turning back to the feed ]

After I sleep apparently. Rover says I need to sleep before I’m allowed to do anything.

Anyway, let me know. I may not respond until I wake up.

[ Pidge reaches out to turn off the feed, and can be heard asking: ] When did you turn into such a mother hen?

[ Pidge takes a few hours to respond, as she’s actually napped and showered. So her face is clean again, the bags under her eyes are greatly reduced, and she once more looks like a functional human being.

When she does respond she’s on her way back to the house from her workshop at Keith and Lance’s. Her experiments always have a chance to blow up and those two at least are used to her. ]

Oooh, that sounds great. I haven’t eaten in like two days.

It’s not an allergy, but I’m not a huge fan of nuts. Other than that, go wild.

Yeah, I had a crazy war thing going on in my world. It was kind of a secret war that was all espionage and assassination, no big battles, but that's how Reptilians generally do that kind of thing. I was caught in the middle, too.

I'm not sure how conventional it is, but as far as places you can go... I've heard good things about the day spas here. They're supposed to be both relaxing and rejuvenating!

[ Pidge isn’t really much of a day spa person, but going with Allura could be fun. Since coming here she hadn’t seen much of the princess and this could be the perfect time to catch up.]
