Now that's a good way to look into managing information for this. Spread-sheet time. I can definitely get something set up for people to indicate general days of availability and genre preferences. Perhaps even provide color coding. That would allow me to cross reference information at a quick glance. Of course the question would be how to prevent people from meddling with the information from other individuals. Hmmm.
