It was.... complicated. I didn't retain knowledge until far later. But yeah, I tried to use what they knew to make my own conclusions. One of the advantages of how my mutation worked was that I'm pretty sure it changed my brain structure. Which meant I was really good at taking what I learned and putting it together.
