There was a lot of chatter when the coded message first was disseminated, but I haven't seen anyone share the full message. I guess then it falls to me to do so:

“Summon the sisters: two brings the third
fullmoon calling spider’s temple
two babes of same mother born same hour
to serve as host and host
bless the babes at spider’s altar: the spinner’s seat
Gathered chorus, voices raised, power of the world displayed
Thrice toll the bell, thrice light the flame
Thrice call the holy names.”
