I used to be a barker for a circus, I can do some advertising. What kind of advertising are we talking about here?

And also, what kind of performance is this going to be? Because it sounds less like a street performance and more like a full-scale circus.

Thirdly: what's the pay like?

The actual performance is yet to be decided. Waiting for an inspired writer for the best theme and story-line.

But it will be spectacular and entertaining.

The advertising will likely be making flyers and articles and possibly videos promoting the event and later film. But other ways of advertising are also welcome.

You will be paid in the satisfaction and love of the process and film-making.

Videos I can do. Flyers I'll need some help with, but I know how to get people's attention, I can make them look pretty.

Satisfaction and love of the process isn't going to buy my groceries. Nor, for that matter, is it going to ensure anyone's going to help you run this circus. People don't do this kind of thing for free, no matter how much they love something. I need something concrete.
