[ there are memories floating around on the internet. not hard to find. the public is fascinated by your worst moments, so you can bet the second one is found it's going to be reported on. josh is trying to avoid that.
a few of josh's memories will show up on the network proper. neither of them are particularly, well, flattering. being a fake yogi and seducing the stepford cuckoos sure is something. the second is far more gruesome, less fun, his first kill is on display for the world to see. the man dies in a horrifying fashion.
and the third is perhaps the hardest one to deal with. the second death he caused is less brutal, less gorey, but no less difficult to watch.
it's a lot later that he actually sits down to address the public. ]
Hey. [ he shifts uncomfortably in his seat. ] I know things suck right now, but like, remember that your worst moments? They might be part of you, but they aren't like... all of you. So long as you don't let them be everything. Your past doesn't need to define your future, y'know...?
[ he rubs the back of his neck. ]
I figure... we could all use somebody saying that right now.
