And honestly, I don't know how I feel about it. I kind of want to win for the fun of it, and I like the attention, except sometimes it's a bit too much attention and I want a break? Like right now, that's why I'm out looking human at the moment. I figure if I try to make a more distinct difference between a 'super hero' look and a 'civilian' look, it'll be clear when I want the attention.

Anti-hero's one of the better ones, at least. There's more... flexibility, in expectations. A lot less hassle than being presumed a hero, anyway.

Can't really fault them for getting things wrong, though. It's not like they can know how all these things happen. [ ... ] ... Do people blame you for that? What happened last summer?

If we mean the same thing. You're talking about when... everyone's dreams overlapped, and bled into reality. Right? After that mess of a summoning.

Then, no. I don't think you deserve blame at all. I don't think there's anyone who could have endured that amount of backlash. Most people would never have been able to come back from that.

There are different kinds of blame, aren't there. A whole lot of people do unforgivable things they didn't mean to do.

Well, sure. But there's a difference between, say, crashing your car into someone else because your slipped on the wheel, and your car crashing into someone else because you got flung across three lanes of traffic by a freak tornado. In either case, if you hadn't been there, it wouldn't have gone that way — but that doesn't mean you can be blamed for something that unpredictable acting on you, first.

If you want to roll it back far enough, it's probably my fault it ever happened in the first place. Would you prefer to blame me?
