[The video flashes on with Gladion sitting in the Pokemon room, Silvally's head blocking some of the feed plopped on the boy. His expression is confused and rather sad, as if he's realising that most of his friends and worst of all: his father figure, are all gone now.]

Is everyone being sent home all of a sudden? What's going on, most of the people I know suddenly all left overnight. I can't get in touch with them... Not even Martin or Archie, they're just gone!

[He's clearly not taking any of this well, he'd just begun to make a life for himself here with great friends and a new family that wasn't controlling over his every action.]

So. You. Uh. I have not figured out how or why something like that happens, but it has happened a bunch of times to me and it sucks.

[Oh thank goodness, Jingyi is still there and that's something of a relief for Gladion to see his friend. At least one person he's known is still there.]

Jingyi! You're still here! But it does suck, I've had people I know go missing, but not so many at once. This is the first time so many of them left overnight. Do you think the nanites had something to do with the disappearances?

[Not a thought he wants to consider, but with the weirdness they seem to bring? It's not impossible to assume.]

[Jingyi knows nothing and it's obvious.]

Possibly? I...maybe? It might just be awful, awful coincidence, since I don't think...but. Also my friend is gone too, and his dad.

Are you okay, though? Nothing weird happening to you or any of your Pokemons?

I don't know if it's coincidence, all of these people gone at once? Something has to be behind it! If not the nanites, then something else.

[He shakes his head at the questions about himself and his Pokémon.]

My Pokémon and I are fine, nothing has happened to us at all. Has anything happened to you? [physically fine at least, but emotionally is an entirely different matter.]

Not...recently? I had weird dreams a couple of months back, but not since then. Some people that I know who have forgotten everything are back here again, but that is not really about me.

I think maybe whatever is happening just takes people whole?

[silvallyant]

Weird dreams...? Of that place that everyone seems to either remember, fully or fragmented parts of?

[His own memory of the place was very hazy, as if it were nothing more than a fever dream.

If whatever it is, is taking people whole... We should be worried. Prepared for something to come for us even. [A little over cautious perhaps, but he's been through losing his father due to an ultra wormhole, he can't be too relaxed on things like that.]

[ Lillie gently pokes her head into the room he was in - well, based on the colour of it. ]

Gladion?

[ He looked... upset? They'd been separate longer than they'd been back together, but she liked to think she was getting better at reading him. ]

[silvallyant]

[He must have been too unfocused to notice anyone was homw, having thought he was home alone for the time being. He looks up at Lillie with a sigh, although Silvally refuses to move and stays laying in Gladion's lap.]

Lillie? How long have you been home?

[ She gently moved her hands from the doorway and plodded her way over to him, moving to take a seat beside him. ]

I've been home for a little bit. I was outside playing with Karina by the beach.

[silvallyant]

[Silvally shifts just enough for Lillie to sit down next to Gladion, and then promptly plops its head on both of them, making a strange sound almost like a purr.

Gladion sighs and nods his head, looking down at the protective pokemon on his lap.]

Oh, I see. Hey Lillie... did you know? That Archie's gone? Crobat's been upset, he hasn't even wanted to stay out of his pokeball or go on a flight.

[He's really bad at talking about his feelings, but he's trying, even if he's deflecting some of it to talk about his pokemon.]

[ She gasps and looks up at him. ]

He is? Oh no! Poor crobat... [ She looks down a moment. ] I hope he'll be back soon. People who are ported out come back sometimes, right? [ She looks back up to her brother, not having caught on yet that he's talking about himself. ]

[silvallyant]

[He looks up at her, with yet another nod, but his eyes aren't exactly on her, rather they're staring towards her. There's times he's glad for his sister not catching onto things, as semi frustrating as it can be, but at the moment he's glad she hasn't. At least not just yet, but it's relief enough.]

I don't know... He disappeared in September, when we were all apparently placed in another world, but what if he doesn't come back? Guzma even left and came back, but he left just another month later.

[The two men he looked up to the most, just vanishing, coming back, then vanishing again.]

[ She looks to Silvally and pets his head a little. ]

I'm going to believe in him. He has a son here, right?

[ She's seen those two interact, though she wasn't told their relationship. Sometimes people just... Sometimes people are just family in really obvious ways. ]

I think the porter will be kind and bring him back some day. And Mr. Guzma, too. The porter wants kind people, right? Even Mr. Guzma can be kind too. So I'm sure they'll both be back.

[ Spoken like someone who makes an active choice to have every faith in the world. ]

A son? You mean Nikolai...?

[Now that she mentioned it, they did seem awfully close like father and son... Just like how he's been with Archie.]

Maybe... We'll have to wait. [A pause, then he leans over on his sister's shoulder.] Lillie, promise me you won't disappear on me? We already lost father, we can't lose each other.

NEVER APOLOGISE FOR BRINGING THE FEELS!!

Yes! The red-haired boy!

[ Maybe it was for the best she mostly only knew him in passing... ]

[ Lillie leans back into him, gently taking his nearest hand. ] I won't disappear! I promise! If the porter ever separates us, I swear I'll find a way back to you! Sister's honour! We spent so much time apart, and I don't want to be away from you for too long.

Now that you mention it, he and Archie seem to act like how Father and I did before he disappeared.

[He gently squeezes her hand, almost anxious to ever let her go again for fear he'll lose her.]

I promise you, no, I SWEAR to you that I'll do the same. We're all we have here, along with Mizuki. We're all that's left of home.

[It's not until much, much later that Ochako actually responds to this, and she looks ghastly. Tired, shaken, and pale. It's been a long day for everyone, it seems. But Gladion's question begs her to ask--] Is...i-is that what's going on? People are being sent home?

[Her voice is shaking. What's going on?! Immediately, she begins checking the network. No...what--

Jane is gone. Fuu is gone. Sypha, Tina, A-All...Might--

Ochako's breath catches at the last one, and her throat closes up. Was that what happened to Katsuki? Did he manage to just come back from whatever this was?]

[silvallyant]

I... I don't know.

[And it's not knowing that has him upset and quite frankly, scared, although he won't admit he's scared.

He tries to give Ochako a smile, but just can't with how overwhelming all of this is.]

I can't contact any of them, have you had any luck?

[floatsaway]

[Ochako doesn't need to check, she already just did - again and again, especially with All Might. She's gone through before, with Deku, so...so she knows. She knows they're gone. But, s-still! There's a possibility there could come back, l-like Katsuki did today! Even if...he wasn't in the best condition - hell, we was in the absolute worst condition - it's...better?

No...um, n-not here, sorry. B-But, maybe...m-maybe they'll come back? It is...possible, r-right? [Ochako bites her lip, hesitates, then breathes out as she closes her eyes.] Would you like some company, Gladion-kun?

[silvallyant]

[He's silent for a minute or two longer than he should be, running over who all he's been unable to contact, biting his bottom lip as the names just add up.

Archie, Guzma, Martin, Meeth, Caspar, Fuu, Tina, Lucina, Knock Out, and so many others that he shakes his head a few times to drive out the negative feelings threatening to spill out.]

We can always hope they will, some of them were very good friends of mine. [An inhale, then exhale, catching his breath.] I would, yes.

Mm...I lost one of my teachers, and a few friends as well. Just...a few hours ago, one of my closest friends - one from my world - left and came back in very critical condition. I--...

[It's not his burden to bear. Ochako exhales again, her breath shaky. She's been stressed and crying and shaking all day, but. But she needs to be there for her other friend now. He's hurting, and she needs to be there for him. One of the few he has left. One of the few she has left.]

Around this time last year a bunch of people were sent to another world, and then they, we came back later. Maybe that's what's going on? There are so many people gone that it doesn't feel like it's possible for it to be people going home. That doesn't happen, I think?

What happened last year? I wasn't here for that, I arrived when those monsters who took people's hearts showed up.

We were sent to another world. Sort of. I experienced the life of another me, as if I'd had some particularly vivid dreams, but at the same time I know of people who went in as they were from here. It was sort of a dystopia, and towards the end of the month we all showed back up here after we'd appeared to have ported out for a couple weeks.

[silvallyant]

Th-that sounds terrible, how did you return here? Were you just sent back with no warning like you had left?

I wonder if that's what's happened to everyone else now...

It could have been worse. [ The shrug is practically audible. ] But yeah. We came back at the end of the month, so maybe that's happened here?

Hopefully they end up in a better world for a while.

Gotta admit, it's worse than a lot of waves I've seen before. There's a chance that it's another strange parallel world. It's happened before, where some of us were taken and others stayed behind.

And of course, the natives didn't notice. The problem is if we notice the Natives are getting restless over it. This world isn't really dimensionally stable since the goddesses.

[But he supposes it does need investigation.]

Are their contact information int he networks just gone? Or can you just not get through?

[Bear with him for a moment, that's a lot for him to take in. And what's this about goddesses..?]

A strange parallel world... Like that one we were apparently sent to in September? I don't remember much of that one, it was a strange dream.

Can you tell me what you mean by the goddesses?

[A sigh and shake of his head before he ends up throwing a million questions in his confusion.]

I can't get through, no matter how many times I call or text someone. There's just... Nothing.

Yeah, we end up in them from time to time. Had one last winter too.

[Oh dear. David sighs, tilting his head as he tries to process through all of this.]

The way the world has been messed up lately, the other dimensions, the strange happenings that make the world seem like it's unstable, it's what we caused. OTO was trying to summon the three sisters of fate, to what end I don't know. But they started their judgement on this world. We managed to stop them, but the result is they left here and we're pretty unstable in this dimension.

[silvallyant]

You mean... This isn't an uncommon thing to have happen?

[That alone is enough to stun him, scare him even. Just once is bad enough, but before a barrage of questions are thrown back, he listens as David explains the rest.]

Imports caused this instability by summoning these... These sisters of fate? Or attempts to summon them?

No, ImPorts didn’t cause this. Don’t blame us for the summoning. We tried to stop it. There were costs. Some of us lost a lot.

They were summoned and sent packing. But the world is unstable as a result.

Oh. [He wasn't trying to blame, but he wouldn't out it past someone to do those things.] Why would whoever summoned them even try to summon something so powerful? Those aren't things you should mess with! In my world, someone tried to summon Pokemon who could change space and time once. From what I learned, it was terrifying to witness.

Really? I don't know. Probably for power. To gain something.

I don't want to mess with time. Space is warped easily, but time is dangerous.
