What the hell is business casual? All business is casual. You talk, you trade, sometimes you fight. It's casual.

But I went into work and they said I was too casual. It's a school. That's sort of a business, right? Doesn't that mean I'm business casual? Or school casual? They didn't tell me I had to dress for that.

This place is stupid. None of you make sense.

It's actually meant to indicate the kind of business clothing you're wearing. Business professional is a suit and tie for a man, and a woman tends to wear a skirt, a blouse, and a blazer. Sometimes, a woman can just wear a suit, too.

Business casual loses the tie, it's nice dress slacks, and maybe without the jacket. The woman can wear a sweater instead of a blouse.

Super casual is like jeans and a tshirt.

Business casual is like. Not a tux or a full suit or pant suit for women but kind of more comfortable. Tshirt and a skirt or slacks.

Uh for school I guess they mean slacks and a nice shirt.

It's just a sort of outfit you're expected to wear.
